Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over £100. For orders under £100, a shipping fee will be applied, which will be shown at checkout.

We can create you gifts and clothing in any silks, or even a branded logo if you have one. If you can't see your colours, please email us and we will happily create them for you

Set up costs for custom embroidery is £20 This is a one-off payment. You can use your logo forever at no extra cost.

UK Shipping - We mostly use a Royal Mail next day delivery service. For Umbrellas we use Evri. On some occasions we may use DPD

Ireland & International - We mostly use DPD. Please note, we include the cost of customs charges into the price of shipping to avoid extra delays. The cost of shipping is quite expensive. Unfortunately this is our only option since Brexit. UPDATE you can create an address using Address Pal to reduce shipping costs to Ireland - https://addresspal.anpost.ie

October - April Please expect a minimum of 2 weeks before receiving your order. We can give you a more accurate time frame if you contact us

May - September During this time it will generally take a minimum of 1 week before receiving your order and no longer than 2 weeks

The cut off date for guaranteed delivery 2025 is Tuesday 11th December. This is subject to change depending on order volume. We advise that you order sooner, rather than later
