  • Please read before ordering embroidered gifts

    We have a full range of embroidered gifts available. This is a longer process than our normal range of gifts

    Embroidery machines are not able to read the same types of files as your computer can, so you have to digitise your logo in a way that the machines can understand before they can do their job

  • Creating your own custom logo

    We can create you a custom logo and send it away to be digitised for a one off payment of £15 order here Please check with us first to see if we already have that logo available

  • Production times

    I work by myself, so these production times are worst case scenario and I will do my best to get all orders much earlier. Feel free to email me first and I will be able to let you know if I can do a quicker turnaround

    Digitise a logo 2-3 days

    Standard Embroidery production time 5-7 days

    Peak Embroidery production time (October - March) 10-14 days
